Phase 1: Needs communication and solution conception (1-3 working days)


1. Initial Contact and Needs Assessment


By understanding the brand concept, target customer group, and product ideas (such as functional positioning, dosage form, and specifications) provided by the client, we gain a deeper understanding of their specific needs, including formulation requirements, expected efficacy, budget range, and market positioning.


When necessary, we can assist clients in conducting market trend analysis or competitor research to optimize product positioning.


2. Professional solutions and quotations provided


Based on customer needs, we will provide the following:


(1) Product plan: preliminary formulation suggestions, description of active ingredients, analysis of dosage form selection and reasons for recommendation.


(2) Service plan: Clarify the OEM/ODM cooperation model, including service content and support scope.


(3) Transparent pricing: Provide price differences and minimum order quantities for products with different functions and dosage forms, and indicate the validity period of the price.


Phase Two: Agreement Signing and Project Launch (3-5 business days)


1. Technical coordination and detail confirmation


The technical teams of both parties worked closely together to confirm all details, including product efficacy, specifications, packaging design, and label content, and formed a written "Product Confirmation Form".


2. Contract signing and project initiation


Sign a formal “Processing Contract” that clearly defines the rights and responsibilities of both parties, delivery standards, acceptance methods, payment methods, delivery dates, and liability for breach of contract.


Once the client pays the advance payment, the project officially commences. Our company will assign a dedicated project manager to be responsible for project coordination and progress tracking throughout the entire process.


Phase Three: Research, Development, Production, and Quality Control (as stipulated in the contract)


1. Sample making and confirmation


If customers need to produce samples to confirm product stability or customize formulas, our company will conduct small-batch sample production based on the confirmed formula and process.


Samples will be sent to customers for testing and confirmation (including palatability, form, color, solubility, etc.).


Sample Fee Information: Small batch samples are made free of charge, with shipping costs borne by the customer; special raw materials or complex processes will be charged separately.


2. Mass production and end-to-end quality control


After sample confirmation, our company will arrange raw material procurement and mass production.


We strictly implement full-process quality control, including raw material inspection upon warehousing, random inspection during production, and finished product inspection before leaving the factory, to ensure that products meet relevant national standards and customer requirements.


In case of any abnormalities during the production process, we will communicate with the customer in a timely manner and negotiate a solution.


Phase Four: Delivery, Settlement, and After-Sales Service


1. Product delivery and final payment settlement


Product manufacturing and delivery date: 15-20 working days.


After the product is manufactured and passes final inspection, our company will notify the customer to pay the balance.


We will arrange shipment after receiving the final payment and provide shipping documents and logistics tracking information.


If customers require inspection, they can schedule an on-site or online inspection before shipment.


2. After-sales service and continuous support


Provide complete product qualification documents, including test reports, component analysis, certificates of conformity, etc.


Establish long-term partnerships to provide continuous technical and market support for customers' subsequent product upgrades and new product development.


In the event of any product quality issues, our company will assume corresponding responsibilities in accordance with the contract and provide timely assistance in handling the matter.
